Cold extraction of organically grown olives from the Quinta de Santo Antonio, located in the Pinion Valley in the heart of the Douro Wine Region. Property of the famous home of Port Wine Fonseca, the fifth of San Antonio has organic farming certification for both its vineyards and for its olive trees, which are varieties of Galician (Negrucha), Madural, Cordovil and Cobrançosa.
