| Tasting | "Very concentrated wine with intense black fruit aromas and bitter dark chocolate. It feels a disturbing immense wine waiting to be expressed. Completely fills the mouth - almost overwhelming in its intensity. Then a selection of flavors strikes the senses - bitter dark chocolate, ripe and rich black plum, cherries, blueberries and blackberry jam. The wine is chewy, fleshy, full of vigor. Although it has a great structure, balance is finely adjusted and therefore the feeling is a wine with great strength, but also with great delicacy and elegance. Cassis flavors of blackberries, licorice and molasses incite the palate, with an ending that is deliciously long and leisurely." |
