• Storage: In a place protected from light and without great temperature variations, preferably between 12 and 14ºC.
• Pairing: Excellent with red meats and game dishes.
  Also suitable with cheeses and chocolate and red fruit desserts.

  Vineyards planted in soils rich in granite.
