• Tasting notes: Aroma of tropical fruits, spices and vanilla, velvety and unctuous taste, with balanced acidity and soft, silky tannins.
• Other information: Contains sulphites. Vinification of Conde D Ervideira Reserva White Wine: The grapes are destemmed and sent to the vinimatics, where they remain for 6 to 10 hours at a temperature of 12oC. They are then pressed and sent to the cold room, where they ferment at a temperature of between 13º and 15ºC. Ageing: 6 months in new Hungarian oak barrels.
