• Description: Coming from schist soils and subject to a hot, dry climate, for the production of Flor do Tua Superior 17 Graus the grapes were transported in 20 kg boxes, destemmed and crushed, with pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours, inoculation followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats below 24ºC. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 8 months.
• Tasting notes: Intense for its honorary 17 degrees – this is a wine from Trás-os-Montes with a strong, balanced profile and notes of red fruit. In the mouth, the noble tannins stand out, giving it the personality of a wine with a lot of presence, richness and an enveloping, long finish.
• Other information: Contains sulphites.
