• Tasting notes: The aroma is very elegant, with notes of caramelized pear. On the palate, it’s a sweet, very fat, glycerinated wine with fresh citrus notes and a lingering finish
• Description: Pacheca Moscatel do Douro is made from a careful selection of the best Moscatel do Douro grapes from a small plot at Quinta da Pacheca. These are then fermented slowly at a low temperature (16 – 18º C) until fermentation is stopped by the addition of brandy. It is aged in old chestnut casks, in the style of an old Port wine, with an auburn color.
• Pairing: It should be drunk chilled, between 6-10ºC, as an aperitif, cocktail or with soft cheeses.
• Other information: Contains sulphites.
