• Tasting notes: Ruby color. A very intense and complex aroma, with obvious spicy notes, slight balsamic resin, fresh red fruits and discreet, well-integrated wood. On the palate it has good volume and well-integrated acidity. Notes of red fruits and spices, especially pepper, stand out. The tannins are very present, but round and soft. The finish is very elegant, persistent and harmonious.
• Harmonization: Ideal with cheese, red meat and game dishes.
