• Tasting notes: Shy and soft aroma at first, smooth and fresh, flavors bigger and drier than the nose suggests. Smooth texture, with its initial sweetness cut by orange zest. After that, there’s a subtle mineral dryness, and aromatic cedar and fine cocoa slowly occupy the mid-palate. With water, the taste is sweeter and less spicy, but the texture is still smooth and refreshing. Golden amber color.
