• Tasting notes: This is a golden yellow wine with jade reflections. The bubbles are fine, elegant and abundant. The nose smells of citrus aromas associated with fleshy fruit flavours such as white peach and apricot. A few notes of vanilla, dried fruit and honey prolong the moment. On the palate, the complex flavors of fresh fruit and caramel mark the memory of a great wine. Good acidity, rich foam, but never imposing, and a remarkable aftertaste to sign off a balanced finish, always faithful and constantly renewed.
