• Winemaking of Ervideira Invisível White Wine: This wine – Invisível – was born from a selection of the best batches of Aragonez and the result of a moon harvest.
  The must is transported by refrigerated truck to the winery.
  There, it is taken by gravity to the cold room, where it remains to decant for 24 hours at low temperatures.
  After this process, the must is inoculated with selected yeasts and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 12º C for 15 days.
