Grape varieties: Encruzado, Bical and Malvasia Fina.
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
Tasting notes: Very fresh, delicate and mineral. The aroma is austere with hints of stone and over time, in the glass, it shows complexity with slight smoky, citrus and floral notes. On the palate, it is slightly creamy, with a fantastic natural acidity that is very well balanced, firm and persistent.
Harmonization: Goes well with oysters, baked fish, poultry and white meat.
