Tasting notes: brick color, turning amber at the halo. Seductive spicy nose, with notes of dried fruit accentuating the enveloping bouquet. On the palate it is harmonious, unctuous, with great structure. A fabulous Colheita that oozes elegance and distinction. A complex and persistent finish.
Harmonization: desserts based on caramel, nuts and spices, such as caramel fondant with apple and ginger jelly, tarte tatin, crème brulée and medium-intensity cheeses. Serve at a between 12 and 14ºC.
