• Tasting notes: brilliant red color with a golden halo. Rich, aromatic nose of dried figs, hazelnuts and walnuts harmoniously balanced by the presence of spices. On the palate, intense flavors of dried fruit, soft and delicious, bordered by a fresh touch of candied orange. Good structure, beautiful balance and notable acidity. Pleasant, long-lasting finish.
• Harmonization: desserts based on caramel, nuts and spices, such as caramel fondant with apple and ginger jelly, tarte tatin, crème brulée and medium-intensity cheeses. Serve at a between 12 and 14ºC.
