• Other information: Contains sulphites. Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 15ºC Maturation: 12 months in new French oak barrels, including 3 months on fine lees – Batonnage. Followed by more than 12 months in the bottle.
