Maria João Grand Cuvée Brut Sparkling Wine

• Grape varieties: Encruzado, Bical, Malvasia Fina
• Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol.
• Tasting notes: Intense notes of complexity, predominantly dried fruit, toasted bread and cookies. Fruity flavor with plenty of crunchy mousse, irreverent acidity that conveys elegance, persistence and originality. Intense citrus color. Fine, persistent bubbles.
• Pairing: Aperitif, desserts or leisure time.
• Other information: Contains sulphites. Crushing with total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, where only the flower must was used. Clarification was natural static and alcoholic fermentation took place at 18ºC. Sparkling using the classic method. It matured for at least 60 months in the cellar (surlí) and 6 months in the bottle after degorgment.
