• Region: Douro.
• Capacity: 75cL
• Grape varieties: Tiara comes from vineyards over 60 years old, planted at an elevation of 600 meters, where the Códega do Larinho variety predominates.
• Alcohol content: 11.5% vol.
• Tasting notes: Tiara is a white wine that reveals the purity of the grape varieties and acidity of the terroir from which it comes. Long fermentation at low temperatures in Foudres over 30 years old, of 1500L – 3000L, makes all the difference! The nose is discreet, with notes of citrus fruit, orchard fruits and a herbaceousness that gives it character and complexity. In the mouth it has volume and structure. The aftertaste is almost spicy, persistent and prolonged by excellent acidity!
• Harmonization: Grilled fish dishes. Seafood and white meats. Vegetarian suggestions: sautéed vegetables and salads.
• Other information: Contains sulphites.
