• Tasting notes: Colheita 2000 Port is the result of the traditional vinification of grapes from different old vineyards in the Douro, which are native to the region. After crushing in the winery, the grapes are trodden by foot twice a day until the introduction of the burning wine water. Aged in Portuguese oak barrels. Rich aroma of nuts, dried figs and caramel. Light brick color with hints of green. Presents some freshness transmitted by the acidity present, with toasted nuts, honey and caramel standing out. Long and persistent finish.
