- Tasting notes: Intense floral nose and ripe fruit, with bergamot and violet of high purity. Full and vigorous mouthfeel, balanced and with great depth.
- Other information: Contains sulphites. An indigenous Portuguese grape variety from the Dão region. This variety of high oenological potential and resounding size is managed within an integrated protection program, with no herbicides being applied. The grapes are harvested by hand when they reach the optimum point of ripeness, between the second half of September and the first half of October. The grapes are harvested in small 10 kg boxes. These wines are obtained after fermentation at a controlled temperature in order to preserve all the aromatic elegance, in wooden vats and stainless steel tanks for 20 days. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and is then aged for 18 months in order to enhance its structure and complexity. Production: 30,240 bottles
