- Grape varieties: Wine made up of over 40 different grape varieties, with a predominance of Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela and Touriga Franca.
- Alcohol content: 14.5% vol.
- Tasting notes: Aroma: Very concentrated. With balsamic notes of oak, figs, black plums and tobacco. Flavour: Full-bodied, firm, ripe with satiny tannins. Mineral notes and a very elegant, complex and persistent finish. Vinification: The grapes were fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control and reassembly, with a capacity of 3000 kg. Ageing: Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats, then transferred to new French Allier oak barrels, where it remained for 20 months.
