  The palate is full-bodied and elegant, with fine tannins and a lingering finish.
• Harmonization: Pepper steak, Blue cheese, Truffles
• Other information: Contains sulphites.
• The grapes, harvested by hand, are carefully selected and destemmed before being trodden in granite presses. Fermentation takes place over 7 to 10 days at controlled temperatures, followed by malolactic fermentation and ageing for 18 months in 50% new French oak barrels.
