• Tasting notes: Very fresh with notes of fresh cherry, violets and spices. Vegetable and mineral notes give tension. On the palate it has excellent texture and intensity of fruit, the tannins are very present but very fine and the acidity gives a tense, long and elegant finish.
• Pairing: Grilled pork, lamb, ragout pasta and medium-aged cheeses.
