• Tasting notes: Crystal clear and citrus in color, Redoma has a fine and very precise aroma. It has a strong mineral character, which gives it freshness, along with notes of stone fruit and orange zest. The toastiness of the wood is discreet and very well integrated. With a good structure in the mouth, it is voluminous and has a salty, mineral side that has been characteristic of recent vintages. The natural acidity makes the wine light and very elegant. Very long finish, with good citrus notes. There is a great potential for ageing.
