But it’s also a wine for the future that surprises with its energy, amplified by the minerality that’s very present and where in each taste we find the cry of the territory, the pure expression of the granite, the subtle elegance of the grape varieties grown on high ground and with persistence, respects the memory of its place!
• Harmonization: Goes well with strong meat dishes and sausages or preferably at the end of a meal with a good Serra cheese.
