• Tasting notes: Very concentrated wine with aromas of intense black fruit and bitter dark chocolate. It gives the sensation of an immense, restless wine waiting to express itself. It completely fills the mouth – almost overwhelming in its intensity. Then a selection of flavors hits the senses – bitter dark chocolate, ripe and rich black plums, cherries, blueberries and blackberry jam. The wine is chewy, meaty, full of verve. Although it has great structure, the balance is finely tuned and so the sensation is of a wine with enormous power, but also great delicacy and elegance. Flavors of cassis, blackberries, licorice and molasses incite the palate, with a finish that is deliciously and pleasantly long.”
