Vallado Reserva Field Blend Red 2019

• Region: Douro
• Capacity: 75cL
• Grape varieties: Vinhas Velhas.
• Alcohol content: 14.5% vol.
• Tasting notes: Very concentrated aroma, with balsamic notes of oak, fig, blackberry and tobacco. Very full-bodied, fleshy taste with ripe, round tannins. The finish is elegant, mineral, very persistent and complex.
• Other information: Contains sulphites. Vinification of Vallado Reserva Field Blend Red Wine: Part of the grapes are trodden by foot in a mill. The rest are vinified in five-ton stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature and robotic reassembly. Ageing: After malolactic fermentation, all the wines are transferred to 225 liter French oak barrels where they remain for 18 months.
