With balsamic notes of oak, figs, black plums and tobacco. <strong>Flavour<\/strong>: Full-bodied, firm, ripe with satiny tannins. Mineral notes and a very elegant, complex and persistent finish. <strong>Vinification<\/strong>: The grapes were fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control and reassembly, with a capacity of 3000 kg. <strong>Ageing<\/strong>: Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats, then transferred to new French Allier oak barrels, where it remained for 20 months.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Other information:<\/strong> Contains sulphites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Quinta do Vallado Adelaide 2014 Region: Douro.
