• Grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
• Alcohol content: 12% vol.
• Tasting notes: Bright yellow color. The first nose is fine and fresh, fruity, full of white fruit notes (pear, curdled apple), apricot and hazelnut and fresh almonds. Some floral and spicy notes add complexity. The second nose reveals great olfactory intensity on a cookie and brioche base. Very frank mouth attack. A balanced wine, round and fleshy enough to attack with ripe fruit. The long, well-integrated finish gives way to the characteristic freshness of Chardonnay.
• Harmonization: Perfect for cocktails in all circumstances, it can also be used as a starter for light, fine dishes such as oysters. It also goes well with local cheeses with a short maturation period.
• Other information: Contais sulphites.
