• Tasting notes: On the nose, notes of forest fruit dominate, with splashes of bergamot and soft menthol notes that give it an intoxicating freshness. On the palate, everything is in agreement: silky tannins wander through the rich presence of fruit and the spicy touches of the barrel, which are rejoiced in by impeccable acidity. Deep ruby color.
• Other information: Contains sulphites.
• The grapes are harvested manually, with the bunches picked by hand. The berries are destemmed and gently crushed. Traditional granite lagares with foot treading were used as fermentation tanks. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for at least 18 months. All the wines are sealed with natural cork. Not being filtered or stabilized by cold, these wines may give rise to a precipitate with age.
